Arsenal Faces Leeds in the Opening of Round Six

The sixth round of the English Premier League kicks off tomorrow, Saturday, following the international break, and will run through Monday, featuring 10 matches, the most prominent of which is the top-of-the-table clash between Liverpool and Manchester City.

Manchester City tops the standings with a perfect record of 15 points from five matches, and they travel to face Liverpool, who remain undefeated, in Sunday’s round’s marquee match at Anfield.

The round opens tomorrow with Arsenal, who trail the leaders by three points after a 3-0 defeat to Brighton, hosting Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium.

Aston Villa will host Brentford, while Chelsea take on Bournemouth at Stamford Bridge. Ipswich Town will play Fulham, and third-placed Brighton will travel to face Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

Saturday’s action concludes with Manchester United facing Tottenham, who have yet to secure a win so far.

The round resumes on Sunday with Crystal Palace versus Nottingham Forest, and Hull City against Everton, before the Liverpool-City showdown. It wraps up on Monday with Coventry City hosting Newcastle United.

Brighton, Brentford, Manchester City, and Newcastle appear to be underperforming relative to their true levels compared to their displays in the first five matches, while contenders Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United have yet to deliver significantly.
