Al-Hawila to 'Social Affairs' Leaders: Simplify Procedures and Accelerate Digital Transformation

Al-Huwail told the officials: “Keep God in mind in your work, and I am ready to work and cooperate with you in any department or sector to serve the interests of the ministry and the auditors.”
She stressed the need to prioritize the attention given to auditors and expedite the processing of their cases, enhance cooperation and coordination among the ministry’s sectors, remove administrative obstacles that delay the interests of beneficiaries, and adhere to the laws and regulations governing work.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood, Al-Huwail, conducted an inspection visit to the headquarters of the Public Authority for Persons with Disabilities in the Hawalli area to follow up on work developments and review the key issues and challenges facing the authority’s sectors.
During a meeting with the authority’s leadership, Al-Huwail reviewed the progress of work and procedures across various sectors, emphasizing the need to accelerate the processing of cases for persons with disabilities and remove any obstacles that might delay their access to entitled services, while providing practical and swift solutions to existing concerns and challenges.
She stressed the urgency of expediting procedures related to prosthetic devices and ensuring their provision to beneficiaries without delay, affirming the importance of enhancing performance efficiency and strengthening coordination among the authority’s sectors to positively impact the quality and speed of services provided to persons with disabilities.
