Sheikh Ahmed Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Discusses Economic, Investment, and Industrial Cooperation with Italian Minister

His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, received, in the presence of Oil Minister Tariq Sulaiman Al-Roumi, Adolfo Urso, Italy’s Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy, and his accompanying delegation, today, on the occasion of his visit to the country.

The meeting reviewed areas of cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Italian Republic, as well as ways to enhance and develop this cooperation, particularly in economic, investment, and industrial sectors, supporting the business community, and encouraging innovation, all in service of the shared interests of the two friendly countries.

During the meeting, the Minister of Enterprises and Made in Italy expressed his sincere gratitude to the State of Kuwait, represented by Kuwait Petroleum International (Q8), for its response to the Italian government’s call to cap fuel prices, reflecting its deep concern for the economic conditions of Italian households.
