Haaland Injury Concerns Manchester City

Erling Haaland sparked concerns about a potential injury after leaving the pitch in apparent discomfort during Norway’s 2-1 defeat to Portugal in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday evening.
According to the BBC, Manchester City will await further assessment of the severity of Haaland’s injury ahead of their Premier League clash with Liverpool next Sunday. The Norwegian striker has scored seven goals for City since the start of the season.
Norway took the lead in the 36th minute when Brentford defender Kristoffer Ajer headed Martin Odegaard’s cross and fired a powerful shot from the edge of the penalty area into the top corner.
However, Portugal equalized just two minutes later through Joao Cancelo, who struck a brilliant long-range effort following a long throw-in from Nuno Mendes.
Haaland missed a chance before his substitution, while Portugal sealed the win with a close-range goal from Goncalo Ramos in the 79th minute, capitalizing on a pass from Joao Felix.
Portugal finished the match with ten players after Francisco Conceicao was sent off in the 87th minute for receiving two consecutive yellow cards for dissent.
