143 Million Dinars for Preparing Meals for Hospitals and Health Centers

The Board of Directors of the Central Tenders Committee approved, by a majority of its members, the award of a contract for the preparation and provision of meals to hospitals and health centers under the Ministry of Health, with a total value of approximately 143 million Kuwaiti dinars.

The tender comprised four lots. The Committee awarded the first lot to Liali Kuwait for Food Supplies Company for 36.975 million dinars, and the second lot to Venice Food Supplies Company for approximately 36.667 million dinars, as they submitted the lowest compliant bids meeting the technical specifications and requirements. The third lot was awarded to Al-Tamween Al-Ahliya for General Trading and Contracting Company for 32.354 million dinars, following the completion of the necessary procedures. The fourth lot was awarded to Al-Karam Al-Arabi for Food Supplies Company for 36.998 million dinars, which submitted the third-lowest compliant bid, after lower-priced bids were excluded for failing to meet the required conditions and specifications.
