The Kuwait Football Association announced the release of the match schedule for the first division of the Zain Premier League for the 2026–2027 sports season, which includes matches from the fourth to the eighth rounds, as part of completing the competition’s calendar for the current season.
In an official circular addressed to the secretaries of sports clubs, the Association clarified that the matches will kick off on Friday, the 9th of the current month. The fourth round features several notable clashes, including Al-Nassr versus Kuwait, Al-Arabi versus Kazma, Al-Qadsia versus Al-Tadamun, as well as matches between Al-Shabab and Al-Salmiya, Al-Sahel and Fahaheel, and Al-Jahra versus Al-Salmiya.
Competition will continue through the fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth rounds, which feature strong matchups between top-ranked teams and those striving to improve their positions in the standings. However, two matches in the fifth round—Al-Qadsia versus Al-Sahel and Al-Arabi versus Al-Salmiya—along with the Kuwait versus Kazma fixture in the seventh round, have been postponed, with their dates to be determined later.
The Association emphasized that the schedule is part of the approved organizational arrangements for the competition, urging clubs to review the specified dates and venues and take necessary preparations for the upcoming fixtures.
