Trump says Europe agreed to pump a "huge amount" of diesel to curb prices

US President Donald Trump announced on Friday that European countries had agreed to release a “massive amount” from their diesel reserves, as Washington seeks to curb the rapid rise in prices driven by the wars in Iran and Ukraine.

Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform, “Europe has just agreed to release a massive amount from its large diesel fuel reserves. The process will begin immediately.”
