The Meteorology Department forecast that Thursday’s weather will be hot, partly cloudy, and relatively humid, particularly in coastal areas, with a chance of scattered light rain. Maximum temperatures are expected to reach 42 degrees Celsius, while minimums will drop to 28 degrees.

It noted that daytime winds will be variable to southeasterly, light to moderate in speed, ranging between 8 and 30 kilometers per hour. Overnight, winds will be southeasterly to variable, light to moderate, between 8 and 32 kilometers per hour, with the possibility of scattered light rain continuing. The department added that nighttime conditions will be warm to mild and humid, especially in coastal areas, with humidity reaching 85 percent.
