US Officially Announces End of 'Operation Resolute Resolve' in Iraq

The unified government electronic services application “Sahel” has launched a new feature called “Balgh,” in a move aimed at expanding direct communication channels between citizens, residents, and government entities regarding services and facilities linked to their daily lives, and reinforcing the concept of public participation in improving service quality and addressing feedback more swiftly and efficiently.

In a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Wednesday, the executive committee of the “Sahel – Sahel Business” application said that the “Balgh” feature enables citizens and residents to submit reports and feedback directly to the relevant government entity and track the status of their reports electronically through the application, thereby streamlining procedures, accelerating the delivery of reports to the concerned authorities, and enhancing the efficiency of response and follow-up.

It noted that the launch of the feature is part of the continuous development of the “Sahel” application and the expansion of integration among government entities, providing users with a unified government portal that consolidates services, communication, and follow-up in one place.
