Minister of Awqaf and Korean ambassador discuss exchange of expertise in Islamic and cultural work

Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Dr. Mohammed Al-Osaimi held talks with Kim Jang-hyun, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Kuwait, to enhance cooperation between the two friendly countries.

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs stated in a statement to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on Monday that the meeting discussed areas of cooperation within the ministry’s purview, as well as the exchange of expertise in Islamic and cultural work, and the promotion of dialogue, tolerance, and coexistence.

It added that the meeting addressed strengthening cooperation in awareness and community programs and initiatives, promoting the values of moderate Islam, and developing communication and exchanging experiences and expertise to support joint cooperation areas and enhance relations between the two sides.
