The General Authority for Manpower’s expenditures reached 679.51 million Kuwaiti dinars during the 2025/2026 fiscal year, compared to revenues of 94.13 million dinars, recording an increase in expenditures over revenues of approximately 585.38 million dinars.
According to Law-Decree No. 100 of 2026 approving the Authority’s final accounts, the shortfall of 585.38 million dinars was covered from the budgets of ministries and government departments, represented by the Ministry of Finance – General Accounts.
