Al-Yousef Inquires About Injured Victims of Dog Attack

On Saturday, September 26, 2026, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior checked on the health of two individuals who were attacked by dogs.

The Deputy Prime Minister visited an employee of the Public Authority for Agriculture and Fish Resources at Farwaniya Hospital, following an attack by several stray dogs while he was performing his duties at the Authority’s headquarters. The incident resulted in multiple injuries. He inquired about the employee’s condition, listened to an update on his medical progress, and wished him a speedy recovery and full health.

Al-Yousef also checked on the condition of a Kuwaiti national who was attacked by a dog while entering her residence, sustaining multiple injuries. She was transported to Amiri Hospital for treatment.

The Ministry also urges the public to exercise caution and to call the emergency number (112) to report any situations that pose a risk to public safety or any gatherings of stray dogs, providing precise location details to enable the relevant authorities to take the necessary measures to protect lives and enhance public safety.
