Crown Prince, Representative of His Highness the Amir, Receives the Prime Minister of Bangladesh in New York

His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, received on Friday, His Excellency Mr. Tarique Rahman, Prime Minister of the friendly People's Republic of Bangladesh, and his accompanying delegation, at the Permanent Mission of the State of Kuwait to the United Nations in New York. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, the bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly People's Republic of Bangladesh were discussed, along with ways to develop these relations to serve the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples. The latest regional and international developments were also discussed.
