Saudi Civil Defense issues early warning in Jazan

The Civil Defense called in a statement for the public to remain calm and immediately move to the nearest safe location inside a building or an interior room away from windows, and to stay there until the danger has passed. It urged people not to leave their homes or buildings, to stay away from open areas and glass, and to avoid standing on balconies or rooftops.

It also called on the public to dial the emergency number “998” upon observing any danger and to follow the instructions issued by the competent authorities through official channels.
