In the context of the Ministry of Education’s ongoing efforts to develop administrative work and enhance performance efficiency, and to complete the organization of institutional operations in accordance with the approved organizational structure of the Ministry—thereby aligning with the requirements of the coming phase and strengthening the clarity of responsibilities and the integration of roles among various sectors—the Minister of Education, Engineer Jalal Al-Tabatabai, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Dr. Khaled Al-Rashid, issued a number of transfer and appointment decisions. These decisions covered several department directors, supervisors, and section heads across the Ministry’s various sectors.
The Ministry of Education emphasized that these decisions are a continuation of measures to develop administrative work and support the Ministry’s plans and programs, as well as a follow-up to organizational procedures related to the approved structure. They aim to redistribute responsibilities and tasks in line with the competencies of organizational units and operational needs, while making optimal use of national competencies and expertise. This contributes to enhancing institutional performance, improving administrative efficiency, achieving greater fluidity and integration among sectors, and supporting the implementation of the Ministry’s plans and programs in the coming phase. A decision was also issued transferring Mohammed Saad Faleh Al-Adwani from his position as Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department at the Al-Ahmadi Educational Zone – General Department of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Affairs, to serve as Director of the Administrative and Technical Affairs Department at the Al-Jahra Educational Zone – General Department of Human Resources and Employee Affairs – Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative, Financial, and Technical Affairs.
