Minister of Social Affairs: Necessity of selecting competent, cooperative observers capable of keeping pace with the current phase

Minister of Social Affairs, Family, and Childhood Affairs, Dr. Umthil Al-Hawla, directed the committee responsible for conducting interviews with qualified male and female citizens seeking positions as financial and administrative inspectors in the ministry’s cooperative sector to ensure the selection of competent candidates capable of elevating the supervisory function within cooperatives and keeping pace with the current phase.

Speaking during her attendance at part of the citizen interviews, Al-Hawla stated: “We are striving to select a high-quality pool of inspectors, especially as the coming phase requires strengthening supervisory efforts within cooperatives by engaging qualified national cadres who possess the competence, experience, and ability to meet the demands of cooperative work. This will contribute to enhancing performance and raising the level of monitoring and oversight of cooperative activities.” She expressed her satisfaction with the extensive participation of female citizens eager to join the cooperative sector.

Al-Hawla emphasized the importance of inspectors demonstrating responsibility, impartiality, and precision in performing their duties, and being worthy of the trust placed in them. She noted that the ministry is keen to select individuals capable of efficiently and effectively fulfilling the supervisory role entrusted to them, thereby serving the cooperative movement and enhancing the quality of work within it.
