Prince's Representative Meets Icelandic Prime Minister in New York

His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, met today with Her Excellency Kristrún Frostadóttir, Prime Minister of the friendly Republic of Iceland, and her accompanying delegation at the United Nations headquarters in New York City, on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly. The meeting was held on behalf of His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, may God protect and preserve him.

During the meeting, the bilateral relations between the State of Kuwait and the friendly Republic of Iceland were reviewed, along with ways to develop them to serve the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples. Additionally, a number of topics and issues of mutual interest were discussed.
