Egyptian star Mohamed Salah, the Turkish Trabzonspor forward, has had his driving license suspended in England for six months after his Rolls-Royce, valued at more than 466,000 euros, was caught speeding.
The British newspaper The Sun reported that Salah, 34, failed to inform the police of the identity of the person driving the car, which was spotted by a mobile radar exceeding the speed limit in March 2026.
Last August, a court in Warrington, Cheshire, convicted Salah in absentia for failing to identify the driver and ordered a six-month driving ban, along with a fine of 769 euros.
Salah did not respond to two court summons sent to his mansion, valued at more than five million euros.
The offense occurred in Wilmslow, Cheshire, two days after his surprise announcement of leaving Liverpool.
This was not the first time Salah faced issues related to traffic violations. In 2022, he was caught speeding while driving his Ferrari F8 Tributo and was fined, with three penalty points added to his license.
He was also spotted in 2018 using a mobile phone while driving near Anfield Stadium.
