The Amir's Representative, His Highness the Crown Prince, meets the President of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly

His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Crown Prince, met today with H.E. Dr. Khalil Al-Rahman, President of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly, at the United Nations headquarters in New York City on the sidelines of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the UN General Assembly. The meeting was held on behalf of His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait.

The Crown Prince extended his congratulations to Dr. Al-Rahman on assuming the presidency of the current session of the UN General Assembly, affirming Kuwait’s full support for the presidency’s efforts to enhance cooperation among member states and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. The two sides also discussed several items on the agenda of the 81st session, as well as key international issues.
