Resignation of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation representatives from the board of directors of Al-Sour

Al-Sour Fuel Marketing Company reported receiving a decision from the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) to resign from the two seats allocated to it on the company’s board of directors.

In a disclosure to the Kuwait Stock Exchange on Thursday, the company stated that KPC representatives would continue to carry out their duties on the board until a new board of directors is elected for the company.

Al-Sour emphasized that this material information has no financial impact on the company’s financial position.
