GCC Secretary-General Condemns Continued Houthi Attacks on Saudi Arabia

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jassem Al-Budaiwi, today, Saturday, strongly condemned the continued terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the latest launch of a ballistic missile toward the city of Riyadh, as well as attacks targeting several other cities in the Kingdom.

In a statement, Al-Budaiwi said that the persistent attempts by the wretched Houthi militia to target civilians and infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia reveal its aggressive and treacherous approach, necessitating a firm international stance to deter these unacceptable attacks.

He reaffirmed the GCC and its member states’ unified stance in full support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to protect its security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, emphasizing that any attack on the Kingdom constitutes an attack on the security and stability of the region.
