Ministry of Social Affairs opens all men's celebration halls in Al-Ahmadi; 9 halls available

The Ministry of Social Affairs recently opened all men’s halls in Al-Ahmadí Governorate, bringing the total to nine halls. The overall number of halls available for booking through the “Dar Al-Manasibat” program and the “Sahl” app has reached 30 out of a total of 76 halls, including five halls designated for women.

Aiman Al-Anzi, Assistant Undersecretary for the Care, Development, and Social Care Sector (by appointment) and Director of the General Administration for Development Affairs, stated that “the opening of the men’s halls in Al-Ahmadí Governorate was carried out in accordance with a well-planned strategy developed by the Ministry to provide wedding halls for citizens.” She clarified that the non-opening of some halls is due to requirements set by the General Fire Force regarding the issuance of fire safety licenses, noting that some of these requirements involve works and preparations that are difficult to implement or provide at the current time.

Al-Anzi added that “the Ministry has included in its plan the improvement of hall buildings and the fulfillment of all requirements specified by the General Fire Force, thereby enabling expanded operations and facilitating booking procedures to meet citizens’ needs.”
