Kuwait Television presenter Abdulaziz Darwish expressed his joy and pride at participating in the Arab Media Summit and representing Kuwait at the region’s largest and most influential media event, under the patronage of Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and in accordance with the directives of the Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Media Council of Dubai, Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Darwish stated that he arrived in Dubai yesterday to take part in the activities of this annual summit, which began on September 15 and continues through today, Thursday. He added, “I am very happy to be in Dubai representing my country, Kuwait, and to convey the pioneering experience of Kuwaiti media to this major Arab media gathering. I am participating in a number of sessions, dialogues, workshops, and podcast episodes. It is a rich experience, and the most rewarding aspect is being part of shaping the dialogue. These are days filled with discussion, ideas, experiences, and creativity, allowing us to read today’s media landscape and anticipate the contours of tomorrow.”

He emphasized that media is changing rapidly, platforms are evolving, and audiences are shifting, but the most crucial question remains: How do we create media that is capable of making an impact and enduring? “This is one of the key questions we are exploring here at the Arab Media Summit, which has successfully evolved over its history into a high-level strategic platform that brings together under one roof heads of government, ministers, leaders, and prominent political, media, and intellectual figures, newspaper editors-in-chief, chief executives of prestigious media institutions, as well as content creators, technology experts, and academics from around the world, to discuss transformations in the media landscape and help shape its future.”
