106.4 million dinars in value of weekly real estate transactions last week

Statistics released today by the Real Estate Registration and Documentation Department at the Ministry of Justice showed that the total value of real estate contracts registered between September 6 and 10 reached approximately 106.4 million dinars.

The statistics indicated that the number of contracts registered during the week amounted to 102, distributed across 76 private properties valued at around 27.8 million dinars and 20 investment properties valued at approximately 36 million dinars.

It added that transactions included five commercial properties valued at around 25.4 million dinars, in addition to one industrial property valued at approximately 17.3 million dinars.

The contracts were distributed across the country’s six governorates, with 29 contracts in Al Ahmadi, 20 in Farwaniya, 19 in Hawalli, 15 in Al Jahra, 10 in the Capital, and 9 in Mubarak Al-Kabeer.
