The 2028 UEFA Champions League final will be held at the Allianz Arena in Munich, while the 2029 final will take place at Barcelona’s Camp Nou, UEFA announced on Tuesday.
Munich hosted the competition’s first continental final in 2025, when French club Paris Saint-Germain claimed their first title with a 5-0 victory over Italian side Inter Milan.
The last Champions League final held at Camp Nou dates back to 1999, when it featured the historic match between German club Bayern Munich and English side Manchester United, managed by Scottish manager Sir Alex Ferguson, which the English club won 2-1 with two goals in stoppage time.
Spain will once again be in the spotlight, just two years after the 2027 final, scheduled to be held at Madrid’s Metropolitano Stadium.
The UEFA Europa Conference League finals will be held in Turin, Italy, in 2028 and in Budapest in 2029, while the UEFA Super Cup will take place in Amsterdam in 2027 and in Astana in 2028.
