Kuwait Finance House Strengthens Group Service Integration Through Three Advanced Centers
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) continues to strengthen the integration of its banking group’s services and deliver a more convenient and flexible banking experience through three specialized KFH Group Service Centers located in the Al-Khalidiya, Mushref, and Qirwan branches. These centers are dedicated to serving current and prospective customers of Kuwait Turkey Bank and Kuwait Finance House – Egypt.
These centers offer comprehensive solutions under the KFH umbrella, enabling customers to benefit from a wide range of services that meet their diverse needs and enhance access to the banking services provided by the group’s banks.
This initiative aligns with the bank’s strategy to enhance integration among group units and consolidate a unified corporate vision, thereby contributing to the development of the customer experience and elevating the quality of services provided.
As part of its efforts to deepen integration among group units and achieve its strategic objectives, KFH launched its first Group Service Center at the Al-Khalidiya branch in 2023, followed by the opening of a similar center at the Mushref branch to serve customers of Kuwait Turkey Bank and KFH – Egypt, and then the opening of the third center at the Qirwan branch this year.
These centers provide a range of specialized services that meet customer needs and offer a comprehensive banking experience within Kuwait, while the bank continues to explore opportunities to expand this initiative to other markets within the group’s countries.
The group centers serve the personal and above customer segments, enabling customers to complete various banking transactions and receive immediate responses to their inquiries through specialized staff, adhering to the highest standards of service, attention, and follow-up.
The centers have witnessed significant customer interest in utilizing the services offered to customers of Kuwait Turkey Bank and KFH – Egypt, reflecting the initiative’s success in strengthening cohesion among group units and reinforcing the concept of permanent proximity to customers wherever they are.
