Al Ahli organizes ABK Junior event for employees' children for the fourth consecutive year

Kuwait National Bank (KNB) organized its ABK Junior event for employees’ children for the fourth consecutive year at its headquarters, with broad participation from children and their parents across various departments, reflecting the bank’s ongoing commitment to strengthening family bonds and promoting an inclusive, supportive work environment.
The event featured a diverse range of recreational activities, including face painting, instant photo sessions for participants, scientific shows, treasure hunt competitions with prizes for winners, and tours of the main vault, safe deposit vaults, the central surveillance camera room, and the central data room. Attendees also learned about the operation of automated teller machines (ATMs) and cash counting processes.
Speaking on the occasion, Afrah Al-Arboush, General Manager of Human Resources Management at KNB, stated that organizing this event stems from the bank’s firm belief that its employees are its true wealth, and that supporting their family stability directly enhances their job performance.
Al-Arboush noted that “seeing the smiles on the faces of our employees’ children and introducing them to their parents’ support for the bank’s success journey represents the true investment that strengthens the loyalty of our team members and reinforces values of giving and loyalty among them.”
She added that the remarkable success and high attendance at the event for the fourth consecutive year confirm the effectiveness of the bank’s vision of maintaining close ties with its employees and their families. She emphasized that the event has become an annual milestone eagerly anticipated by all to renew positive energy and strengthen the spirit of a single family within KNB. Each edition sees the bank develop its activities and programs to deliver a more interactive experience, building on the positive feedback and tangible engagement observed each year, which drives the bank to innovate distinctive initiatives that establish a model work environment balancing professional ambition with family stability.
