The Ministry of Social Affairs, represented by the Sector of Financial and Administrative Affairs and Cooperation Affairs, and under the directives of Deputy Minister Dr. Khaled Al-Ajmi, has begun sending text messages via the “Sahl” application to eligible citizens scheduled for personal interviews for the positions of Financial Inspector and Administrative Inspector in the Cooperatives Sector, to be held on the 23rd and 24th of this month.
This step comes as a precursor to completing the selection procedures for national cadres to fill 90 available supervisory positions, comprising 30 Financial Inspector positions and 60 Administrative Inspector positions, after securing the necessary financial allocations for successful candidates in coordination with the Civil Service Bureau.
According to “Social Affairs” sources, the interviews will be held in the meeting room of the Deputy Minister’s office at the Ministries Complex, Block 17, during the period from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., to ensure an organized attendance process and smooth conduct of the interviews. The sources emphasized the necessity for applicants to bring a “No Criminal Record” certificate, issued via the “Sahl” application, prior to the interview, as it is among the most important required documents and essential papers for conducting the interview.
The sources indicated that the personal interview committee will be chaired by Deputy Minister Al-Ajmi and include several ministry specialists, in accordance with approved regulations and standards, ensuring that all candidates are subjected to uniform and objective evaluation criteria. They clarified that the personal interview accounts for 10 percent of the final evaluation, while the test constitutes 85 percent of the total assessment.
The sources confirmed that the personal interviews will be documented both visually and audibly, reflecting the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing transparency and integrity in the selection procedures, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates, and guaranteeing that the evaluation process proceeds according to clear and uniform standards.
