45 wanted persons and suspects involved in various crimes and violations arrested in the Jaleeb Al-Shuyoukh area

The General Directorate of Criminal Investigation conducted an extensive security operation in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, following several reports of thefts and fires in the district. This operation is part of ongoing security efforts to apprehend wanted individuals and lawbreakers, and to combat crimes and illegal practices.

The operation resulted in the arrest of 45 individuals. Security inquiries revealed that 36 of them were wanted in connection with absentia cases, including two women wanted for incest-related charges. They were referred to the Department for Combating Human Trafficking and Negative Phenomena to take the necessary legal action against them.

Additionally, search and investigation efforts led to the arrest of nine individuals involved in various crimes and offenses, including the theft of cables, copper, iron, car exhaust systems, and women’s accessories. One individual was found in possession of tobacco, while another was found with substances suspected to be methamphetamine and chemical drugs.

All necessary legal procedures were completed for the arrested individuals, who were referred to the competent authorities. Furthermore, the required reports were prepared regarding those ordered to be deported from the country.
