Al-Ahmad receives a phone call from his French counterpart

During the call, Al-Abdallah pointed to the official invitation extended by His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Emir of Kuwait, to President Emmanuel Macron to pay an official visit to Kuwait this year, coinciding with the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two friendly countries.

The call also discussed the close bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance cooperation prospects in a manner that serves the interests of both countries and their friendly peoples. The conversation covered areas of cooperation and joint investment in defense, oil, health, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the latest developments on the regional and international scenes were discussed, and views were exchanged on several issues of mutual concern.

Al-Abdallah expressed his sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the victims of the forest fires in southwestern France, wishing the injured a speedy recovery and hoping that the authorities in the friendly country will be able to overcome the aftermath of this disaster.
