Kuwait in Group 3 of the 'Gulf Champions'

The draw for the third edition of the Gulf Club Champions Cup in football, held this afternoon in the Qatari capital, Doha, via video conference, placed Kuwait’s Kazma SC in Group C alongside Saudi club Al-Ittihad, UAE’s Ajman Club, and Iraq’s Erbil SC.
The group stage matches will begin on October 13 and conclude on February 17. The quarter-finals are scheduled to take place from March 2 to 17, while the semi-finals and final will be played between April 23 and 30.
The group stage will be contested on a home-and-away league format. The top two teams from each group, along with the two best third-placed teams across the three groups, will advance to the quarter-finals.
Omar Al-Mulla, Secretary-General of Kazma SC and head of the club’s football department, emphasized that Kazma’s group is balanced, similar to Groups A and B, adding that in all tournaments, no match is easy while another is difficult.
