Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour Dissolves 6 Public Benefit Associations

The six decrees stipulate that the board of directors and staff of the association are prohibited from disposing of its funds and documents, and must hand over everything under their custody to the persons appointed by the Ministry to directly carry out the liquidation procedures.

They further ruled that the provisions of the decrees shall take effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette, and that the competent authorities shall be notified to implement their contents.
