Kuwait condemns continued attacks by occupation forces on Gaza Strip, undermining efforts to stabilize ceasefire

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses Kuwait’s condemnation and rejection of the attacks launched by the Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip, and the resulting civilian casualties, emphasizing that their continuation undermines efforts to secure a ceasefire and the full implementation of the comprehensive plan to end the conflict in the Gaza Strip in all its stages, in accordance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803.
The Ministry also condemns, at the same time, the continued illegal settlement policies of the Israeli occupation authorities in the occupied West Bank, including the E1 settlement project, in violation of international law and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2334, reiterating its rejection of all measures aimed at altering the legal and demographic status of the occupied Palestinian land.
The Ministry calls on the international community and the Security Council to fulfill their responsibilities in halting these aggressions and violations, safeguarding the rights of the fraternal Palestinian people, and supporting efforts to achieve a just and comprehensive peace, leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
