37% growth in weekly stock market liquidity to 472.5 million dinars

The Kuwait Stock Exchange concluded its weekly trading with mixed performance across market indices. The main market index managed to post an isolated gain, while the First Market index experienced a slight decline, resulting in a marginal drop for the General Market index.
Trading activity during the week was characterized by volatility in index performance, amid ongoing uncertainty in the regional landscape. As a result, the market capitalization of the exchange lost approximately 123.8 million dinars, settling at 52.76 billion dinars—a decline of 0.23 percent compared to the liquidity level of 52.88 billion dinars at the close of the week ending on the 13th.
All market variables rose, with the traded value reaching approximately 472.5 million dinars, up from 344.9 million, representing a 37 percent increase. The First Market captured the largest share of this liquidity at 55 percent, while the main market accounted for the remaining 45 percent.
