Memorandum of Understanding between the Diplomatic Institute and the Red Cross on Institutional Cooperation

The Saud Al-Nasser Diplomatic Institute signed a memorandum of understanding with the International Committee of the Red Cross today. The Institute was represented at the signing by Minister Counselor and Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Institute Affairs, Dr. Mubarak Al-Hajeri, while the International Committee of the Red Cross was represented by its Regional Head of Delegation, Anne Montavon.

The signing of the memorandum comes within the framework of both parties’ commitment to strengthening institutional cooperation in the fields of training, education, and capacity-building in humanitarian action.
