Kuwait National Bank (Al Ahli) enables customers to instantly request and issue credit and prepaid cards digitally with ease through the “Al Ahli Mobile” app, which continues to be developed as part of the bank’s digital transformation journey to enhance the banking experience and provide advanced solutions that allow customers to manage their cards immediately without needing to visit branches.
Through this service, the bank allows customers to request and activate cards directly via the “Al Ahli Mobile” app, and use them for online shopping and digital payments with the highest security standards. Additionally, the service offers easy card top-ups and spending control at any time and from anywhere.
