The Chamber Organizes an Informational Seminar

The seminar is held as part of efforts to enhance awareness among business owners and commercial enterprises regarding the laws and regulations governing Kuwait’s business environment, and to clarify the obligations and procedures that companies and institutions must adhere to.

It aims to highlight key provisions and obligations outlined in relevant legislation, explain implementation mechanisms, and detail the procedures that companies and commercial enterprises must follow, through the participation of specialists and officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. This initiative seeks to strengthen compliance levels and reduce violations.

The Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry emphasized the importance of familiarizing the business community with the practical application of these laws, particularly given their detailed and precise provisions.
