Interior Ministry: 79 violators apprehended during public security sector campaign in Ahmadi Governorate

The Directorates of Security Affairs sector, represented by the Ahmadi Governorate Security Directorate, carried out a security campaign in several areas of the governorate, focusing on the Fahaheel area. The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that the campaign targeted illegal street vendors in violation of labor and residency laws. The operation resulted in the apprehension of 39 individuals without valid documentation, 29 fugitives wanted in connection with ongoing cases, and five individuals whose residency permits and visas had expired. Four illegal street vendors were also detained.

Additionally, two individuals were arrested: one was wanted by the Anti-Narcotics Department, and the other was found in an abnormal condition and in possession of intoxicating substances. Furthermore, 63 traffic violations were recorded.
