US Media: Disagreements Between Trump and Vance Over Handling of Iran

US media reports have revealed disagreements between Trump and Vance over the approach to the situation with Iran.
The Washington Post stated that there are divergent positions between President Donald Trump and his vice president, JD Vance, regarding how to handle Iran.
The report noted that Vance considers opening the Strait of Hormuz and achieving a drop in fuel prices to be a top priority for the United States, while Trump insists that the primary goal is preventing Tehran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.
For her part, White House Deputy Press Secretary Anna Kelly denied the existence of any rift between Trump and Vance, telling the newspaper, “There are absolutely no disagreements.” She emphasized that the president had been clear that Iran must not possess a nuclear weapon, adding that Vance is “implementing the president’s agenda with high efficiency.”
According to the US newspaper, when asked about the alleged disagreements, Vance said he is carrying out the president’s directives but noted that “discussions and deliberations” are taking place within the administration regarding next steps, without reaching the level of public disagreement.
