Kuwait Finance House Opens New Banking Horizons for Its Clients in Europe’s Key Markets
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched a new service that enables customers to open a bank account in Germany through the digital application of Kuwait-Turkiye Bank A.S. Germany, as part of the bank’s efforts to enhance the digitalization of its products and maximize the benefits for its customers from the services and products offered by the banks within the KFH Group, while fostering interaction and connectivity with the largest possible customer base.
Nahal Al-Musallam, Deputy General Manager of Products at KFH, stated that the new service aims to empower customers to access all banking services provided by Kuwait-Turkiye Bank A.S. Germany through the bank’s electronic platform immediately after account opening and activation of the fully digital banking services application, without the need for customers to travel to Germany or visit any of the three KFH Group service centers in Mishref, Al-Khalidiya, or Al-Qurain to complete account opening procedures. This saves customers time and effort, delivering a new, hassle-free digital banking experience with no fees.
Al-Musallam added that the service opens up broad horizons for customers to access distinguished financial services in one of Europe’s largest and most important financial markets. After opening an account, customers can benefit from free money transfers within Europe without charges, request an ATM card directly through the application, and access a diverse range of other distinguished banking and investment services offered by Kuwait-Turkiye Bank A.S. Germany to its clients.
She noted that the service aligns with the strategy to strengthen integration among KFH Group units and consolidate a unified vision, thereby contributing to providing a more convenient and flexible banking experience for customers. It also complements the expansion of offering distinguished services in collaboration with KFH Group-affiliated banks, including Kuwait-Turkiye Bank A.S. Turkey, KFH Bank Egypt, and now Kuwait-Turkiye Bank A.S. Germany.
It is worth noting that during the recent period, three KFH Group Service Centers were opened at the Mishref, Al-Khalidiya, and Al-Qurain branches to serve customers of Kuwait-Turkiye Bank A.S. Turkey and KFH Bank Egypt, as part of KFH’s ongoing efforts to achieve integration among group units and provide advanced banking services that meet the needs of customers within Kuwait.
