The Arab Open University Signs Cooperation Agreement with Loyaq

The Arab Open University in Kuwait signed a cooperation agreement with the Loyak Foundation, aiming to enhance collaboration between the two parties in several areas of mutual interest, thereby supporting initiatives and programs targeted at youth and society.

The university stated in a press release that its delegation was led by its President, Dr. Salah Al-Hamadi, while the Loyak delegation was headed by Foua Al-Dalali, a member of the foundation’s board of directors, with several officials from both sides in attendance.

It added that this agreement aligns with both parties’ commitment to expanding cooperation and exchanging expertise, thereby strengthening the role of educational and community institutions in serving youth and developing their capabilities.
