KIB Organizes a Training Program

Kuwait International Bank (KIB) organized a specialized training program for employees of the Public Authority for Manpower, aimed at developing customer service skills and enhancing the quality of performance delivered to clients. This initiative is part of KIB’s efforts to transfer its expertise in management and excellence to the public sector, thereby supporting the development of national competencies and elevating institutional work efficiency in Kuwait.

A group of employees from the Public Authority participated in the program, which focused on equipping them with practical skills needed in the workplace, contributing to improved client experiences and higher institutional performance efficiency.

Speaking on the initiative, Mohammed Dashti, Senior Manager of Service Quality at KIB, said: “This initiative stems from our belief that investing in human capital development is one of the most important factors in improving service quality. Furthermore, exchanging expertise between the banking and public sectors contributes to implementing best practices and enhancing the efficiency of the service system. From this perspective, we were keen to design a program that combines theoretical and practical aspects, equipping participants with practical skills that help them keep pace with the rapid demands of digital transformation.”

Dashti added: “KIB is committed to leveraging its accumulated expertise in service excellence to support various entities and institutions, driven by its social responsibility and its role as a partner in development. We believe that developing employees’ skills and empowering them with the latest tools directly translates into improved work standards and enhances long-term performance efficiency.”

The program covered several key topics, including excellence in customer service, effective communication skills, mechanisms for dealing with diverse client groups, managing daily situations and challenges, and efficient problem-solving. It also emphasized fostering a culture of client satisfaction as one of the most prominent elements of institutional development, while highlighting the latest trends in digital services and their role in improving customer experience.

A specialized team from KIB supervised the training, keen to share their extensive experience in quality and training to support the program’s objectives. This enabled participants to maximize their learning and acquire practical tools that can be immediately applied in their work environment, through interactive training methods and workshops that contribute to enhancing service efficiency and improving responsiveness to client needs.
