Transfer of "Capital Markets" to the Minister of Economic Affairs and Investment

The decree stipulates that the supervision of the Capital Markets Authority, along with all the powers assigned to the relevant minister, shall be transferred to the Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2010. It also provides that the decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
