Zain supports the launch of the "Araqami" service via "Sahl" in collaboration with the Communications and Information Technology Authority

Zain Kuwait has announced its support for the launch of the “Arqami” service via the unified government application for electronic services (Sahl), in collaboration with the Public Authority for Communications and Information Technology, as part of ongoing national efforts to develop digital services, enhance transparency, and protect the rights of telecommunications service users in Kuwait.

The new service allows citizens and residents to easily access all telephone lines and telecommunications services registered under their names with various telecom operators, helping them verify the accuracy of their data and take necessary action in case of any unknown or unused lines.
