"Tam" concludes the PRE program in partnership with the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Talent

Tamam Digital Bank concluded the academic training program “Professional Readiness Experience” (PRE), as part of its strategic partnership with the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Talent and Creativity, one of the centers under the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences. The program involved 65 students majoring in medicine and engineering, aiming to enhance scientific capabilities, develop skills, and provide practical experiences. The program was designed to the highest standards to meet all the needs and requirements of the trainees.

The program, which ran from August 2 to 13, underscored Tamam Digital Bank’s efforts to empower Kuwaiti youth, develop their skills, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation. It also highlighted the bank’s commitment to expanding the impact of the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Talent and Creativity through a diverse range of programs, training courses, events, and specialized meetings that support creative scientific thinking. This thinking represents an added value to the nation’s youth capital, who are capable of making positive contributions to societal development and participating in plans for national development and civilizational progress.

Over the course of the program, 25 engineering students and 40 medical science students engaged in classes and studies led by doctors and experts in the relevant fields. These experts delivered scientific and practical sessions focused on understanding the nature of professions, preparing for the work environment, applying practical experiments, interacting with faculty members, and emphasizing required skills. The fact that participants were high school students helped create a diverse educational environment that encouraged collaboration and knowledge exchange. The program successfully bridged the gap between academic education and the workplace, offering students a practical insight into real business environments, field experiences, and professional practical skills.

The program was characterized by positive interaction and strong participation. Participants welcomed the initiative and expressed their appreciation for the practical knowledge gained, as well as the opportunities to build relationships. Many found these experiences to be of high value and a significant step forward in preparing them for their future careers.

At the conclusion of the program, Nada Al-Daihani, General Manager of the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Talent and Creativity, stated that the program represents the first fruit of cooperation with Tamam Digital Bank. She expressed great satisfaction that it truly serves as a qualitative addition to the Center’s efforts in building an integrated national system to support talent and creativity. She noted that cooperation with leading national institutions helps expand the impact of the Center’s programs and initiatives, providing youth with greater opportunities to benefit from the educational and competitive programs offered by the Center at both local and international levels.
