Kuwin wins silver and bronze at the West Asia Girls' Table Tennis Championship in Jordan

The Kuwaiti girls’ under-13 team won the silver medal after losing the final to their Bahraini counterparts 1-3, while the under-19 team secured the bronze medal by defeating Bahrain 3-0 in the third-place playoff.
The under-13 girls’ squad includes players Joud Al-Sanawi, Suad Al-Majed, Al-Zein Al-Ali, and Sheikh Al-Ali, while the under-19 team is composed of Mariam Al-Halwagi, Fatima Al-Shammari, and Khadija Al-Halwagi.
Kuwait is participating in the tournament across various age categories for both boys and girls, including the senior category, as well as under-19, under-17, under-15, under-13, and under-11.
The girls’ under-11 “Sprouts” team won their category yesterday, Friday, claiming first place after defeating Iraq 3-0.
The tournament, which runs until next Thursday, features wide participation from the national teams of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Palestine, Oman, Iraq, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates.
