State of Kuwait condemns the reprehensible Iranian attack on the vessel of the UAE's ADNOC company

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the State of Kuwait’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the Iranian attack on a vessel belonging to the UAE’s ADNOC company as it transited the Strait of Hormuz, in a blatant violation of international law and United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817.

Emphasizing that the recurrence of such attacks poses a direct threat to the security and safety of maritime navigation, global energy supplies, and international trade, the Ministry reiterated its call for the immediate cessation of all escalatory actions and for adherence to the rules of international law that guarantee freedom of navigation.
