Al-Daira Holding Wins 7.16 Million Dinars in the First Half

Talal Badr Al-Bahr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Daira Holding Company, announced that the company achieved net profits attributable to shareholders amounting to 7.16 million Kuwaiti dinars during the first half of 2026, representing an earnings per share of 52.58 fils.
Al-Bahr explained that these positive results reflect the strong performance of the company’s portfolio of equity investments held at fair value through profit or loss, alongside the positive performance of its associates, which contributed to enhancing the company’s financial results during the period.
He affirmed that the company maintained the strength of its financial position and the solidity of its balance sheet, despite the instability witnessed in the region. Total assets reached 55.45 million dinars by the end of the first half of 2026, recording growth of 4.46 million dinars compared to the beginning of the year. Meanwhile, the company continued to enhance the efficiency of its financial structure, with total liabilities decreasing by 527,000 dinars to reach 7.72 million dinars by the end of the first half of the year. The company’s positive performance was also reflected in shareholders’ equity, which rose by 11.7 percent, an increase of 4.99 million dinars, reaching 47.39 million dinars by the end of the period.
Al-Bahr noted that these financial indicators reflect the strength of Al-Daira Holding’s assets and its robust financial position, emphasizing the company’s continued focus on enhancing the value of its investments, growing its assets, and achieving sustainable returns for its shareholders, thereby supporting its growth trajectory and strengthening its capacity to cope with economic and regional developments.
