“Talabat” hosts the latest edition of the “Next Tech Gen” program at its headquarters

Talabat hosted the latest edition of the “Next Tech Gen” (NTG) program at its headquarters, in collaboration with AIESEC in Kuwait, a global non-profit organization dedicated to developing youth leadership skills, run entirely by and for young people.

The event spanned a full day, featuring participation from AIESEC in Kuwait members and youth delegations. It included dialogue sessions led by a panel of experts, as well as an on-site tour of the company’s headquarters, allowing participants to gain close insight into the internal work environment and the nature of daily operations.

This initiative aligns with Talabat’s commitment to empowering young professionals and providing them with direct exposure to the work environment and labor market requirements, reflecting the company’s efforts to support the educational sector and strengthen its role in corporate social responsibility.

The NTG program is an ongoing monthly initiative organized by Talabat to facilitate knowledge transfer and experience sharing. It features senior technology leaders from the company delivering interactive sessions at universities and academic institutions across Kuwait. The initiative aims to share practical and field-based expertise in areas such as artificial intelligence, product development, data management, and digital platforms, thereby supporting and nurturing the country’s emerging technical talent.

This edition of the program expanded upon previous iterations, moving beyond traditional workshop formats to offer participants a comprehensive experience that provides close insight into the work environment and operational mechanisms within one of the region’s leading technology companies.
