South Korean Ambassador: My priority is building stronger and deeper relations with Kuwait

South Korea’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Kim Jang-han, affirmed that strengthening Kuwaiti-Korean relations and expanding the horizons of cooperation between the two countries represent a key priority during his tenure in Kuwait, emphasizing the importance of consolidating ties with Kuwait and its people.
In a video message posted on Instagram, Ambassador Kim stated that he looks forward to “revitalizing relations between Korea and Kuwait and building stronger and deeper relations with this great country and its people.”
He added that enhancing cultural exchange between the two countries is among his priorities, stressing the importance of broadening areas of communication and interaction between the Kuwaiti and Korean peoples.
In a related development, the Korean ambassador expressed his pleasure at participating in a dialogue event, noting that he was surprised by the scale of interaction and discussion during the session, describing it as an enjoyable and engaging experience.
He remarked that the discussions were vibrant and exceeded his expectations, expressing his enjoyment of taking part in them. He affirmed that such meetings represent an important opportunity for communication, exchange of ideas, and enhancing understanding among various parties.
Ambassador Kim’s remarks come at the outset of his diplomatic mission in Kuwait, at a time when Kuwaiti-Korean relations are witnessing growing cooperation in several fields, including economy, trade, investment, energy, culture, and technology.
